Withdraw from contract
You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a contract made online. Use this form to withdraw from your Lokka order or reservation. You will see a summary and confirm it before anything is sent.
The engraved Founder plate is made to your number and is excluded from the right of withdrawal. The rest of your order keeps it.

Withdraw with the form below. We stop your order, confirm by email and refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice. There is nothing to send back.
Your order has shipped or arrived
Withdraw with the form below, before or after the parcel arrives. You have 14 days from the day you receive it.
We then email you a prepaid return label. Pack the items unused and in their original packaging, and hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the goods are back or the tracking shows you have sent them.
A €10 reservation
Use the form and enter your reservation code as the order number. We refund the €10.
Return costs
The return label fee is deducted from your refund: {{RETURN_FEE_A}} from the countries where delivery costs €9.90, and {{RETURN_FEE_B}} from those where it costs €19.90. If you withdraw from the whole order, the delivery fee you paid is refunded, up to our cheapest standard delivery.
